    I all,

    I have bought 2 WRT54GS (Ver 1.0).
One is used as router an connected to Internet.
The other is used in client mode (firmware: Alchemy-6.0-RC6 v3.01.3.8sv) for linking a secund part of my network at home.

I followed the instructions mentionned at this link: http://www.linksysinfo.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2564 for building the link between the two WRT.

However, I got a trouble in configuring the Client WRT : I am unable to set a static IP address for the wireless interface.
If we stay close to the information given in the previous link:
    Router internal IP:
    Client wireless IP: (should be)
But when STATIC IP is set in Setup>Basic setup>Wireless setup.Internet connection type and enter the IP address in the wireless setup.Internet IP Address, this one is automaticaly changed to 8O

I got arroung the trouble by changing the Internet Connection Type to Dynamic and it's working.
But I'd like to set it in static mode.

Do you have any information about this trouble ?
