Trouble with wireless . . .

Note sure if this is the right location, but here goes . . .

I have the Linksys BEFW11S4-v4 with firmware ver 1.52.02. Using WEP encryption. I have Sympatico DSL internet service in Canada. This is all at home.

Since about a month ago my Lenovo R-series laptop with XP (purchased about 5 months ago) cannot get wireless internet connection. All I get is the "low or no connectivity" message. Here's the thing though, my wife's Toshiba Satellite laptop and my PlayStation Portable connects fine; as they always have.

Furthermore, my laptop connects just fine to office wireless router and wireless router at the in-laws.

If I plug the laptop directly to the back of my router (ethernet cable), everything works fine.

I've done the usual stuff (check laptop settings, router settings, unplugged/replug router, deleted/recreated prefered wireless network, etc). Keep in mind, I'm not that much of an expert here.

So I am not sure if it's the laptop or the router, but I am leaning towards the router.

    Any suggestions or comments?

    Many thanks in advance.

Don't bother. Got it working. For whatever reason, I deleted and re-created the preferred wireless network on my laptop again, only this time it worked. Who knows . . .
