I'm looking to give Voip priority over everything else. Don't care about bandwidth management for anything else. So far this is what I'm going to do for setup...

Voip in classifications - set to Class A using MAC address with any port

So does that mean I have to set in the basic settings that the default class is class A? Not sure what it means by default class.

I take it I have to also adjust the max bandwidth boxes with my actual speeds?

Do I have to adjust class a from 1%-50% to be 100%-100%

you can simply classify the VOIP from/to a specific MAC address or use L7 rule to have a higher priority for a certain packet type
I changed mine to medium from the default (Low) and it solved all my problems.
