Ok, so I've been fighting load balancing with the new RV016 that replaced the RV042 that we had here. I keep getting kicked off AIM and any time I try to post on a forum it keeps asking me to login. I'm assuming that it has something to do with the round robin sending my login through Wan1 then requesting the page through Wan2. I'm trying to set it up where all requests go out through cable and the DSL is the back up. Currently I have the Cable on WAN1 and DSL on WAN2. In system management I turned off intelligent balancing and have it set to IP Group. But when the DSL is connected it still causes me problems, I did a few different Google searches with no luck.

When I get a chance I may try leaving WAN1 disconnected and just use 2 & 3 with user groups, but I'm not familiar with the user groups... Any help would be appreciated.

Because everyone's input was so helpful on this.

    Here is what i did:

I swapped my WAN connections, put the cable on WAN2, and DSL (backup) on WAN1.
Went to system management and made sue that both wan connections were set to "Network service detection" then on WAN2 I setup "all network trafic witht eh following settings:
    x.x.x.1-254
    0.0.0.0
    0.0.0.0

And it seems to be working now.
