    Hi, I just switched from DD WRT just wondering if I could use this script on Tomato ? If not does anyone have a similar script like this?
    UDHCPC="udhcpc -i vlan1 -p /var/run/ -s /tmp/udhcpc"
    ME=`basename $0`
    RUNNING=`ps | awk '/'"$ME"'/ {++x}; END {print x+0}'`
    if [ "$RUNNING" -gt 3 ]; then
       echo "Another instance of \"$ME\" is running"
    while sleep $INTERVAL
       TARGET=`ip route | awk '/default via/ {print $3}'`
       RET=`ping -c $PACKETS $TARGET 2> /dev/null | awk '/packets received/ {print $4}'`
       if [ "$RET" -ne "$PACKETS" ]; then
          echo Ping failed, releasing IP address: $IFACE
    	#send a RELEASE signal
          kill -USR2 `cat /var/run/` 2> /dev/null
    	#ensure udhcpc is not running
          killall udhcpc 2> /dev/null
          echo Renewing IP address: $IFACE
          echo Waiting 10 s ...
          sleep 10
          echo Network is up via $TARGET
    Also I am trying to restrict a certain computer. I want it so it can only have internet access between 3:30PM to 7:30PM. Just wondering if I set this thing up right.

    Edit 1: Access & Restriction seems to be working. That was the reason why I moved on to Tomato. That feature never worked for me when I switched over to DD WRT (original--> DD WRT).

    Edit 2: Seems like a lot of users here have updated to Victek ver. or Tomato. are their any significant difference between Victek and original Tomato firmware?

    Just found your question.

    Victek's mod has Speedmod - by Hardcore - which makes it faster with a large number of connections (such as P2P).

    The is a per - ip/mac bandwidth limiter - which can be used instead of the normal QOS to restrict users individually by bandwidth.

    Extra script boxes, and very nice extra skins/themes...
