I cannot get packets to route between VLANs despite being enabled.

I've rebooted, reloaded default configuration, started fresh and set up VLANs without any other configuration.

Firmware (problem since much earlier versions). Subnets enabled. Each port is set up for Access/Untagged. Both VLANs checked on the Inter-VLAN Routing page.

Devices in each VLAN see the WAN, but not the other VLAN (determined by ping).

    What am I doing wrong?
