I have a LinkSys Broadband Wireless G router. The model is WRT54GS 2.4 GHz 802.11g Speedbooster. The serial # is CGN30E705411. The MAC address is 0014BF1C0561.The Ownership ID is XYLVYXLZ. The Device # is NOZLLAHNU.
The router also has a longer than standard antennas. It is attached to a cable TV/Internet feed. The computer is a desktop.

I also have a notebook computer with a Blitzz Super G Wireless, 108 Mbps 802.11g wireless LAN notebook adaptor. When the notebook is next to the router, the speed is Very Good to Excellent (70-80%), but when I move to another room, it runs Very Good to Excellent (40-50%).

Is it possible to increase the transmission of the LinkSys so that the Blitzz can improve?
