Somehow during the upgrade (flash), the TFTP server of the router died, and I can't access its web interface, though I still can telnet in.

    What can I do? HELP!!!

try a bin less than 3mb. make usre when you boot the router the first 5 seconds on turing on the router should be when you start the tftp. that is your window of opertunity. i guess that is what i got from past experience.

I don't think TFTP is responding, though everything else working just fine.

I see that it has its own built-in tftp program... how does that work?

    I'm completely new to Linux.

You're absolutely right... it's all about timing. My router lives again!
