I have an external hard drive connected to the USB port on my Asus RT-N16. I am running Teddy Bear's Tomato Mod along with some stuff from Optware (e.g. Samba3, nzbget, sabnzbd). Is there any way to hibernate the hard drive after a certain period of inactivity?

Search both USB mod threads for "scsi-stop"/"scsi-start".

I searched and came across this post with a script to spin up/down the drive: http://wl500g.info/showpost.php?p=167383&postcount=64

It mentions I need to put the script in jffs. I know how to enable that in Tomato but that's it. How do I put the script in jffs? Any step-by-step instructions? Thanks.
