Use of 2 public WAN IP Adresses (assigned by DHCP)?

    Good Evening :)

One question is confusing me at the moment. Is it possible to use the physical WAN port of my E3200 to emulate 2 logical interfaces with different MAC-Adresses?
    The background is:
I have set up a seperate vLan (br1) on port 2, where my Hyper V Clients are only allowed to access the internet. Not the router inferace, nor dns resources or anything else.

My local cable-internet provider (Kabel Deutschland) lets you connect 2 devices on the cable-modem's LAN port (only one physical port!). Each connected device gets it own public ip adress.

Is it possible to emulate 2 interfaces on the routers wan interface and forward the second assigned public IP address to e.g. port 3 without nat? So that it gets routed through the existing networks?
Can 2 public ips be used on the WAN interface?

Thanks and advance :) things getting confusing now!
