    Hello

My linksys adapter(12VDC-1000mA) is not functioning anymore so i bought a new adapter (12VDC-1200mA) . I tried it but the power led keeps on blinking. I went through all the de-bricking procedures and i was able to get ping responses. When i tried to install the linksys firmware it gave me a success message but when the router reboots i get "request timed out" and nothing seems to respond. I cant enter the router's configuration using the web interface.

Could this be because of the power adapter.. I will try to find an identical one.

Another question: when i debrick should i connect pin 15 and 16 only when the router starts (for like 10 sec) or should they always be connected throughout the whole procedure.

only during debricking. leaving them connected will just wipe out anything stored to it.
