    it drives me crazy...

previous DD-WRT can open the port that i want... but on new tomato and victek's tomato can't open the port...

    so whats wrong?

    i use
    - WRT54G v4
    - halfopen = 100
    - 52917 in utorrent preference
    - vista64 firewall
    - PeerGuardian2 enable
    -
    Code:
    On	Both 52917 192.168.1.101	utorrent

I've been using Victek's 1.20.8002 for quite a while now with both uTorrent and Transmission and have never had any problem with either client.

If anything, I'd say uTorrent worked better and is the best bit torrent client I've ever used.

Better look at your security settings...and PC ipconfig

    - vista64 firewall
    - PeerGuardian2 enable

bripab007... i mean firmware... not client... right now utorrent sure is the best but i heard rumors about utorrent/bittorrent is dealing with MIA and other companies... i found alternative bt client but lost the address and name... :|

    here is my ipconfig

    Code:
    REMOVED

i am 100% sure that i dont change anything security setting in vista64 (and peer guardian)... previous dd-wrt - i just add port in forward port setting and it opened...

    alright...

i really should double check in vista64 advance firewall... i REALLY dont know why it blocks utorrent...

in utorrent preference, i already enabled it...

thank you for reading here.... sorry?

BTW, Did you erase nvram after swap from dd-wrt to Tomato?..good practice to clear unwanted or strange variables.

Cheers and don't say sorry, it's the forum of happy Tomato users.
