Victek's Web Site Down?

    Initial TCP SYN sent to the site for port 80 does not get back a TCP SYN+ACK. So, the site is either down, or the IP address is wrong. ICMP ping also returns nothing useful (but I don't tend to test with this because people often firewall off ICMP), and traceroute/mtr also turn up nothing useful/conclusive.

    The 62.83.250.180 IP address is located within Spain IP space.
