Can you assign a VLAN to a MAC address on Tomato or is it port based only?

In the alternative can I assign subnets to specific MAC addresses?

    VLAN's are port based only.

You can configure static DHCP to assign fixed IP addresses to specified MAC addresses. However, unless you _really_ know what you're doing, it's generally a bad idea to have multiple LAN's (ie. subnets) on the same physical Ethernet.
