VoIP QoS and Upload Speed Tests

I've been testing Tomato over the last month or so since upgrading from Thibor15c trying to emulate the same settings and setting VoIP MAC to Highest. In the QoS chart, my Vonage line is correctly being put to Highest.

However, in trying to tweak QoS for Vonage it seems I have a problem getting a consistant upload test when I use sites like Speakeasy in trying to get the Max Bandwidth in the 80+% range that I had with Thibor. Has anyone else had a problem trying to get a consistant upload test?

I've had a couple of instances where a call dropped. The Highest Outbound Rate is set to 156-256 kbps to cover the 90kbps Vonage line, but I'm not sure if there is an upload consistancy issue because of the speedtest I'm trying to do. Has anyone had to do anything specific other than what I've mentioned to keep VoIP stable in the QoS or UDP settings?

my upload speed tests at speakeasy have always varied regardless of the router or firmware i'm using. i usually hit around 360kb/sec give or take 20kb/sec.
