    Hi to all,

    I have the following problem:

    When I install Alchemy V1.0 on my Linksys WRT54GS V1.1, I have
    a strange phenomen.
The WLAN, WAN and LAN Leds are flashing shortly about every 1 or 2 seconds. It seems, that there is traffic
    to all my network devices.

Does anyone know, what causes this problem, and how to solve it??

    cu all

What other devices do you have on your network? Perhaps there is another device that is broadcasting. One other note, you will notice activity on the wireless link but that is related to the wireless driver ensuring the link AP is available (I can't remember what its called exactly) but this is normal. I suggest you run something like ethereal to capture the traffice and see what is going on. It should shed some light on it your traffic concerns.

I think it's the enabled STP in the Basic Setup section in the router thats causing the blinking LED's.

    Hi Jens,

yes, I think you are right!

I turned off STP, and there is no more blinking yet.

    Thanks a lot
