    Hey guys,

My friend recently bought a WAG325N ADSL router and is presently using Motorola SB4200 Cable modem (Cable Interent) to get internet, and the purchase was made since he decided on switching to an ADSL provider. But for the time being, he needs to get these two things to work.

I have tried the following ways and failed.
    1. Since there is no WAN port, I tried setting router to 192.168.100.2 (modem is 192.168.100.1) and with RIP enabled, I couldnt get a ping to the modem (connected to one of the LAN ports) IP, or access the net.
    2. With modem connected to one of the LAP ports, and with router DHCP disabled, The PC lan card did not recieve an IP from the modem, means, DHCP relay didnt work.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Sreekanth
