Please can anyone help a newbie?
I want to add a small user-mode program to a WAG354G, to run alongside all the standard stuff. I understand there is no way of doing this apart from building a new binary image - please can anyone confirm this?
Having downloaded the GNU sources from Linksys, I find I need a "Monta Vista Linux Preview Kit" which, I am assured, I can download after filling in a form. But Monta Vista seem to ignore these forms steadfastly. Has anybody got this kit and is there any alternative to getting it?
My attempts at compilation produce the usual megabytes of warning messages and eventually fail with indecipherable error messages. I am hoping this is due to the absence of the Monta Vista kit, but wondered if anyone has actually built an image from the GNU sources?
