I just purchased a Linksys WAG354G. I use no-ip.com dynamic DNS and I currently run the dynamic update client on my PC. However, I'd prefer to have this client run on my WAG354G. I've noticed the standard firmware only supports dyndns.org and tzo.com. Is there a firmware available that will add support for no-ip.com?

    Thank you,

hi, it seems like the sources for no-ip.com are avaiable in c, so I can try build you an image with support for it. I've already done a build for wag354g that enables telnet access. If you have got the eu annexA v1 model, you can give try it if you want.

you can find it at: http://cyberstorm.altervista.org/2007/01/unofficial-firmware-for-linksys-wag354g.html

ok, I have built binary, registered to noip, and tested it. All works. The only boring thing now is to add it in a new image, and add gui for it.

Dear masterb or anyone else here, given your long absence:

Would it be possible for you to also update the WAG354Gv2 firmware for usage of the no-ip.com DDNS service like you did for the v1 version? I'd happily pay a fee for your service.

I'm using the Annex B model for Germany (DE), my firmware is version 1.01.54.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Best wishes,
