well....I've tried the ping test inside diagnostic tab...a part from the fact that it's quite restriced (could allow also hostname and be more explained but ok...)
when pinging some IPs near it reports to me always a RTT of 30/35ms...which should be ok for my fastpath connection but if I ping the IPs from the PC directly I get a 64ms RTT...and the same value I get if I ping the IPs from inside another router (which are pretty slow values for my DSL line, but I was aware of this problem)...so I don't know if I should really trust the ping results of the WAG354G...
    can you do some tests?

Are you connected by ethernet or wireless ?
What did you get if you ping the ruter itself ?

that's not a wireless lag because the same RTT I receive from a PC connected by wire to the router...it's just the router that show a RTT which is half time respect from what my older router reported (accordingly to the PC RTTs)
