I have a WAG54G and it works good at an 1 Mb internet connection.
Now I have upgraded my home connection to a 8 Mb connection.
When I connect my WAG54G to the phoneoutlet, there is NO internet connection. (the led is just blinking and tries to connect)
When I login into the router by webbrowser the only thing it says on the connection part is that ADSL DOWN.

This is so strange as it works fine with an 1 Mb line, but not with 8 mb.

Does anyone know how much the port can hadle?

Or anyone knows about this problem and maybe a fix for it? (maybe a specila firmware)

I have talked to Support in US and support in Amsterdam about it, and there support sucks with BIG letters.

I have never ever had as bad support before.

An 8Mbps connexion on your phone line? Are you less than 100 ft from the CO (central phone office)?

    Nope I am not..
Around 1,3 miles from the station.
But here in Sweden we can get 24 Mb if we are 1,9 miles or closer to the station.
My 8 Mb internet connection works fine with a speedtouch modem.....
It is my f**king Linksys that is a mess.....
