WAG54G Speed Drops

I have a Linksys WAG54G wireless router with three wireless adapters connected to it. One is a CISCO Aironet PCMCIA card, one is a Linksys WMP54G PCI card and the other is a Origo 802.11b (11Mbs) PCMCIA card and all are using DHCP. I am finding that the link speed on the two 54g cards regularly drops to 36 or 24Mbs even though they are in the same room as the router approx 8 feet away. I have turned off the 802.11b card in case that was causing problems and I have tried different channels on the router, all to no avail.

The router is a WAG54G v1.2 with firmware version 1.01.6 and is using 128bit WEP encryption. Contrary to other posts on this forum, I do not appear to be experiencing internet disconnections or complete wireless dropouts, just link slowdown.

    Any suggestions gratefully recieved.
