Can this be done? I have a WAP54Gv2 lying around. I tried to make it a wireless bridge for a PC a year ago but became too busy to finish. I managed to get MustDie firmware on it.

My main router is a WRT54G v3 with DD-WRT. I looked over the MustDie config page and it will only become a wireless bridge if the main AP is another WAP54G? Is there a way around this? To use it with a WRT54G?

I have a WAP54G configured in client mode and is connected to a WAP54GX. My XBox360 runs through the WAP54G and it works great, but the ping times aren't the greatest. I don't see why a WAP54G wouldn't able to communicate with a WRT54G, but if the WRT54G doesn't show up in the Site Survey, you may need to install DD-WRT onto the WAP54G.

Looking to do the same thing. Want to use it as a wireless client/bridge and talk to a WRT54GS v6 with DD-Wrt loaded on it.

    DD-Wrtv23sp2Micro will fit on the WAP54G v2 I believe.

Will be fun playing with the settings.........lol.........z

Can I hook up a WAP54G to a Xbox 360 using my cell phone's hot spot wifi?
