    Hello,

I'm planning to use 2x WAP54G to bridge 2 apartments in the same building at env. 20 meters distance. I'm new to this kind of application, so I have some questions:
    1. What's the difference between the two antennas? One is the emitter and the other the transmitter?
    2. What kind of antenna I need? A dirtectional one, omnidirectional...? The antennas will be mounted outdoors.
    3. I have to change the firmware to something special? I seen different kind of FW (like OpenWRT, ...)

Thank you very much for the help!!!!

    antennas > no difference
    Follow for both AP.
setup--> AP mode --> wireless bridge --- write the mac of the other router

    1. No difference. 2 antennas are for: antenna diversity.
    2. Inside, it supposed that no more than 6 db for an antenna. Omni or directional one, but be sure that has TNC socket not RP-SMA !
    3. Not a change of firmware, not if you don't wanna.
