WAP54G - Link LED blinks constantly

    Hello,

I bought yesterday this WAP54G Access Point. When I connect it to ethernet
switch which is connected to router, the "Link" LED on AP blinks constantly
at a rapid rate (it's not solid) and when I start configuration software
from CD, it can not find Access Point. I am trying this from my PC which is
in the same wired network and connected in the same switch.

If I connect AP directly to ethernet card on my PC, than "Link" LED light is
solid (no blinking) and configuration software from CD can find the AP and I
    can continue with configuration.

So, I am wondering, why Link LED blinks constantly when AP is connected to
switch, and not when it is connected to NIC on desktop PC. Maybe, something
is wrong with my switch, but it works great for my small ethernet network -
    no problem at all.

I also tried disconnecting everything from switch, just left AP connected
and power supply to switch, but it is the same situation - Link blinks all
    the time.

    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards,
    Nick
