WAP54GP no DHCP with WPA or above Grrr...

I've been working this issue for quite a while with no resolution.

I've got a WAP54GP that I've got 2 Vlans set up on. 1 for open access to the inernet and one for access into the network.

Problem I'm having is when I raise security above WEP I no longer get DHCP. Lower it back to wep, DHCP works just fine. Use static addressing and it works just fine.

I used 2 sniffers one on the network, one on the laptop trying to authenticate.

Network see's DHCP requests and DHCP server responds.
Laptop shows DHCP requests but DOES NOT see the response.

If I lower security to WEP the following happens

Network sees DHCP requests and DHCP server responds.
Laptop shows DHCP requests and DOES see reponse and authenticates with DHCP given IP address.

Why would this be happening? Very annoying. Can be fixed by assigning IP's manually, but that's not user friendly. Not really any settings that I could change, works as configured with WEP, but not WPA or WPA-2 which is really what I want to use.
