WDS - 3 Routers Cause TX Errors

    I have 3 WRT54G routers (2 x ver. 3, 1 x ver. 2) all using v24 RC-5. I have them all setup using WDS and this initially works ok. However over time, I noticed that TX continuously increase. After a cretin point, I have to reboot the router else network traffic grinds to a halt.

    My setup is:
    Router 1 connects to Router 2
    Router 2 connects to Router 1 & 3
    Router 3 connects to Router 2

    I've noticed that if I disconnect any 1 of the routers, the TX errors slow until they stop and network traffic remains the same for days. Is there a way to connect 3 WRT54G routers using WDS without getting all of the TX errors?
