I'm attempting to setup 2 routers, one physically connected to the internet and the second with WAN disabled and "Access Point+WDS" set. If I set both of the routers to use security of NONE or WEP (ie, they match), I can get internet connected to either router. But, if I try and use Radius I can only get internet on the router physically connected to the uplink. So, I assume the WDS connection is broken. I have searched four hours on google with no luck. Is this even possible? Any suggestions?

Both routers are Tomato version 1.25, Linksys WRT54GL.

Ahh, I have been searching with the wrong keywords, found a bunch when searching WDS WPA Enterprise .... so far, doesn't look possible :(

Do you have a radius server set up for authentication? I've done that in a data center but not at home as of yet.

Cool. Well, as I said, I haven't been ambitious enough to set up radius servers at home so have no direct experience with that. I have used WDS for years on Tomato/DD-WRT compatible routers and can tell you that WDS is very sensitive to the encryption used. My best results have been with WPA PSK AES with a good strong (weird and long) password. I haven't changed that for years, it's not broke so I'm not fixing it. I suspect it's very likely that WDS just isn't supported with that choice of encryption.
