WET54G vs. WGA54G

    As best I can tell by looking through the Users Guides, & firmware change logs, there are only two real differences between the WET54G Wireless-G Ethernet Bridge and the WGA54G Wireless-G Game Adapter!

    1. The WET54G appears to supports WPA & RADIUS secuirty while the WGA54G only supports WEP.

    2. The WGA54G is "XBox Live certified" while the WET54G is not.

    I'm hoping someone who has used these devices can confirm this for me or compare & contrast the devices. Thanks. 8)

    These product are very similar. It's very strange I think


    Only WET54G v2 support WPA. The v1 doesn't. (v2 is based on linux (like WAP54G for example))
