Thank you. Actually I am able to compile the code. The problem was in toolchain path. Blogs from www.myopenrouter.com are really very helpful.

You can also follow the instruction written in some of the blogs in www.myopenrouter.com. That will definitely help you to compile and install tomato firmware on WGR614L board.

Tomato and DD-WRT, both are now officially released by Netgear for WGR614l. So try this.

Netgear has also released MyOpenRouter Independent Firmware which is based on the Broadcom code for the BCM94xxx boards. It has support for WGR614l. so we can use any of these firmwares for WGR614l. :)

I have downloaded and am trying it now. It has some nice features. like guest SSID. So now multiple SSIDs can be supported easily. good work

Could you tell me about Guest SSID?

Guest SSID allows user to assign two SSID for a single wireless interface which can operate at two different security setting and different subnets also.

This code base is highly configurable. So developers can experiment many things.

I have also downloaded this code base from http://www.myopenrouter.com/download and have tested it. Wireless is working fine. It supports security mode WPA Personal (TKIP), WPA2 Personal (AES), WPA2 Personal Mixed (TKIP + AES). 64 bit and 128 bit WEP are also supported.

Guest SSID feature is perfect to protect public from accessing one's systems without having to hookup two non open source routers to the ISP router.

is this feature supported by dd-wrt or Tomato?

No. Guest SSID feature is not supported by DD-WRT or Tomato firmware. you have to use MOR firmware.
