What is the Status: SES Inactive button?

After upgrading my v2.2 WRT54G wireless router to the new 4.00.7 firmware and successfully configuring it to connect to both WPA-1 and WPA-2 SPK in mixed mode, I noticed that the Wireless admin tab shows a Status: SES inactive icon. This seems to act as a button if clicked upon. What exactly is this about? I am leery of messing with it since the WPA-2 is working okay already. The help for that wireless admin web page doesn't mention the status icon.

I think that has to do with the one touch setup button found on v3.0 routers.

    Doesn't seem totally secure...

I found a decent review of this feature at...

I don't quite see how this technology would keep other users from accessing your network however. As far as I can tell, all it seems to do is insure an encrypted connection being made automatically.

Right, it doesn't add any additional security it just makes the existing security standards easier to configure for non-technical folks.
