I'm a little confused as to how inbound works, since it doesn't have it's own set of classifications... and I can't watch whats happening since the graphs only show outbound traffic. My request is simple: When BitTorrent or another service is maxing out my inbound bandwidth, I'd like to be able to browse the web with little or no lag. I understand that inbound QoS drops packets which isn't the best way of handling this issue, but I'd still like to give it a shot. My connection is 15000/2000kbit/s. My outbound QoS is default tomato, except my VOIP device's MAC address is set to Highest.
