Im going to sound like a super noob but I thought the upgrade file is supposed to be a .bin not a .trx.

You shouldn't backup/restore your settings for the upgrade. In fact, after you upgrade, you should go to "Administration"->"Configuration"->"Restore Default Confguration"->"Erase all data in NVRAM memory (thorough)".

The extension doesn't matter once you already have third-party firmware. The stock firmware on different brands of routers demand certain file extensions, but once you have Tomato, you don't have to worry about it. That is the file I used on my WRT54G-TMs.

Thanks alot. I flashed this a long time ago :p Is there anything else to make use of all this RAM we have? I barely even phase this thing and I installed a heatsink and its maxed out only using 30.02 MB / 19.28 MB (64.22%)

    Increase your maximum connection count.
