Please don't complain about Indians and the whole outsourcing thing. It is offensive. People who post those portray Indians as non-intelligent people. If Indians weren't intelligent, companies such as Cisco will not have set up offices in India. Also, when saying that something like release notes were done by an Indian, you have no proof of that. Please don't jump to conclusions.

I don't want to offend anyone.

Thank you very much for reading this.

tbh i dont think the problem is with the actual people in India being educated. The problem is the language barrier. they may speak english but their vocabulary and accent is limited at best, and make it very hard to actually get accross a problem or issue you are having with any electrical device. with a Call Centre from the same country as yourself you dont have this problem in the first place. remember not everyone can understand accents from other countries when they try to speak English.

I only have had one experience with Linksys Indian CS, it took me 25 mins to convince an Indian CS guy to give me an RMA number even though linksys UK Tech Support email said i had to have one:)

why the RMA number had to be issued by in Indian Linksys CS when surely the Linksys UK tech staff could have done it was beyond me.

I am sure none of us want to offend anyone.

We all have bad experices with all CS's. I had problems with people who are in the states and the Phillipines. The fact that the techie is from India or is Indian is the reason for the complaint.
