I've gone through the Help section here and I couldn't locate the guide and I went through the Shibby release site too and I didn't find anything.

Can I just install it remotely from my PC like I would any upgrade I would for Linksys Firmwares?

I just know for DD_WRT it was so picky and I had to do 30-30-30 at specifc times but no instructions were packaged with the release.

There's no need for installing DD-WRT before Tomato.
Just make sure you download the 60k NVRAM-Version (NOT 64k, this will brick your router!), and do an upgrade from stock firmware.
Did this on my E4200 v1 around one year ago without any problems.
