I generally stick a small piece of black electrical tape over the reset button before deploying easily accessible routers. This usually deters casual fiddlers, but not of course determined hackers. The technique also works well for stubborn check engine lights ;)

    Hi,

Which DD-WRT build are you running?

Connect to the router through telnet/ssh and run:

    nvram show | grep 'resetbutton_enable'

    Put here the output, please.
