I see lots of new Linksys products, and DARNED little autopsy action going on.

I know some of you have these new products. Open them up, take pictures, write down chip numbers, contribute something! Even if you are not ready for soldering 3 simple wires for serial port we could have something to chew on about what's inside these units.

I am particularly interested in the WRT350N and the WRVS4400N. I am thinking to start a new hardware/porting project but I have to pick between them before buying I cannot afford both. I am hoping to get at least enough information to make an informed choice before buying something and attempting to solder on serial and JTAG and all the other goodies.

I have some pics of the RVL200. I have been meaning to write a review on this for a number of months. hopefully i'll pull me finger out and get this sorted soon.

I've posted the WTR54GS v1.0 pictures on the openwrt forum (hoping that Kaloz would help us, desperate WTR owners get an OpenWRT there), in addition to tht I can snap pictures of the WRTP54G -- it's a neat little device which has the mini-pci wifi card inside which got me thinking -- can it be upgraded? Anyone has heard of the mini-pci draft-n card?

Why not start an autopsy thread with photos and stuff here? That's how the WRTSL54GS project got rolling. I do like the Wiki and forums over at OpenWRT but you might get broader exposure here.

Can I say again how much I *HATE* Linksys model-naming schemes? I'm sure I won't be the only person who speed-read what you wrote as as W..R..T 54GS v1.0 out of reflex and wondered why you would be posting pictures of such an old model. Took me a minute to notice it's a different ordering of letters.
