With all the MODs of Tomato out there, which is the most recently updated and will it work on the Motorola WR850G v3? I'm currently running the Official Tomato. I used the plain tomato.bin file.

I currently have Tomato running on my WR850G. You have lots of builds to choose from. Which of your build should I use? I don't need anything fancy. Currently, I have tomato.trx installed.

7621 built on 23rd Sept is a nice build, try it, if you don't like it just go back in time - following the readme file.

Choose the smallest builds which are the least fancy. As they get bigger they have more features, and then they get too big to flash. The Std build is usually the one to go for. So tomato-ND-7626.1-Toastman-VLAN-Std.trx or tiny.

If you have USB ( and I don't think you do) it would be the same but with USB in the title.

I shouldn't have to clear nvram if I install this will I? The WR850G has issues if you clear the nvram.

I have no idea, never saw one of those. But if you can't clear nvram, I don't see how it can operate.
