WiFi Ping times between clients

    Hello,

I'm running about 10 PCs that connect to the router via WiFi. One of them is a VoIP server cabled to the router. The clients connect to this VoIP server via IP and make calls. 9 out of 10 PCs have <1ms pings to this server except for one.

I figured it needs a driver update, and did too. Put it in another slot, etc. Removed drivers, reinstalled them. Nada. 5-6 pings under or equal to 1ms and then it can go as high as 3000ms and stays somewhere in those numbers. Times out every now and then too. This is causing bad call quality. The WiFi adapter is a Buffalo WLI-UC-GNM.

Everyone else goes upto a max of 40ms, but this PC is killing it! What could be the problem? Mixing with other PCs? I moved it around a little, helped for a few minutes but went back right where it began. Any diagnostics via firmware, etc that ya'll could recommend?

    Thanks in advance!
