This is my first time I will be using HyperWAP a few questions:

I currently have Firmware 2.08 on my WAP54G-UK is it OK to install HyperWAP on this version of firmware?

I want to boost my power so it will reach my bedroom what level is safe for me and my Access Point? But powerfull enough to reach nextdoor and possibly downstairs?

    Many Thanks

Just in case someone would take a look in this post to see if 2.07 Hyperwap works over 2.08 linksys: The answer is yes for me.
Just had to do the disable-downgrade trick and it's working. Only the Diag-LED Bug is there, which is not affecting any speed issues :)

I did not see a improvement in Wlan power in % between 42 and 84 mW Sending power. Signal strength is now about 70 instead of 50%. But I can see a speed improvement when transmitting to my xbox (from 1 Mbyte to 1.5 Mbyte)

    P.S. Thanks belgium ! :)
