will these antennas work with a wrt54GL?

    You need one with RP-TNC antenna connectors instead for the WRTs.

    If I find a converter or adapter to RP-TNC, could they work?

    Have you tested? Over 150m you may not need 14dBi antennas (except if you perhaps are trying to go through a lot of walls, or trees, or something).

    This antenna has dual RP-TNC leads:

    Its from Sharper Concepts. I have heard they have good products.

    I have dealt with them only once. If you need any tech info they are far from sharp. Totally devoid of customer service.
