Sorry if this is a silly question. I was curious to know if there are routers available that will run Tomato that do not have any wireless capabilities. I have a project that may accommodate up to 50 users users on a 15Mbit up and down connection. I don't think a WRT54GL can handle that and not crash once in a while. An Asus RT-N16 may be our only choice with the radio off, and I would like to stay with Tomato, specifically Toastman.

    Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately, you might be a little hard pressed in looking for a decently priced wired only router for the home/SOHO market that will run linux (tomato is based on linux). The only wired routers on the market now are all xDSL router combos, which is not what you want, and none of the xDSL combo routers support tomato that I know of.

Like you already said, your best bet is to use your Asus RT-N16 with the wireless disabled. Or just pick up one of the cheaper Linksys E series with the most basic wifi as you'll be turning it off anyways.
