Sometimes the computers that are connected thru wireless drop or don't work... I think I have V2.0 or V2.2 for my WRT54G w/ v4.20.7 Firmware

I did the beacon interval but I can't find the group key renewal and I put channel 11

the group key renewal is under wireless -> wireless security

i too am having dropped connections. just out of curiosity does it really matter whisch is the tx and rx antennas? are we talking about form the front or back when referring to left antenna or right antenna?

i have mine set to 100% power (84mW) and it is physically cool, should i go higher?

the laptop i am connecting to is a t42 with integrated b/g card.

also, do these need to be reboot every so often?

i am running hyperwrt 2.0 on a ver 2.x router - wanted to stay close to linksys but needed extra port forwarding, should i try something else out?

HyperWRT version Tofu 11 has a lot more features, including some new technology to stop wireless drop.
