I'm using a Wirless-G router (WRT54G) to throw a signal to a Mac iBook (airport card), and it works fine. The router doesn't have the power to reach a Windows computer in another room, so I have tried to use a Wireless-G Range Expander (WRE54G) and it works great for the Windows machine. HOWEVER, it interferes with the Mac and will not let it access the network. Linksys tech support seems baffled, and on the third try they suggested I update the firmware in the router, but this didn't seem to make sense to me. Any suggestions? Thanks.
