Is it possible to redirect a wireless client to a website of choice if its on a certain IP address?

The reason I ask is because I saw a MAC address on my wireless last night that is not one of our network member's laptops. I run a 4 client wireless/wired network on a WRT54G with Tomato, with WPA for wireless encryption. I also live in a dorm so hundreds of people can see this connection. Can I set up a static IP for this MAC address then somehow redirect them to, say, a rick-roll website?

My other thought, and this would be awesome, is to leave the AP open, then redirect all but a set of MAC's to the rick-roll haha

I put the following iptables code in my firewall script, going to test it out later.

    Code:
    iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -i eth1 -s ##.##.##.## --dport 80 -j DNAT --to 74.53.26.242
    74.53.26.242 is rick-rolld.com
