This weekend i want to install a fresh version of windows xp prof (sp2) on my laptop. I have a WPC54G wireless nic and a WRT54G router.

Is there someone with a good step by step workaround?

I will use "windows zero wireless applic."

I want to use WPA security!

You forgot to mention what problem you are having.

There is no identifiable problem with your equipment.

The WPC54G card has been in production for a long time. You will find updated drivers for it at http://www.linksys.com and you need to read the outside of the card to figure out what version it is because there are 3 different WPC54G cards (versions 1 through 3). All of them have been updated for WPA and Windows XP SP2. These new drivers should automatically contain any workaround you might need.

You will find everything you need for your WRT54G wireless router at http://www.hyperwrt.org/forum/index.php
There, you may find all of the firmware, directions, maintenance, tips, and advice that you need for your wireless router.

If you have any addition trouble, please post a specific question.
