Do not skip using the Linksys Client Software (WEP) or the Funk Odyssey Software (WPA-PSK enabled). You cannot install both so choose before you install. If you enable Windows Zero Configuration (WZC) , you computer will stall on boot up with the NIC enabled. I believe there is a problem loading the drivers for the between WPC54GX and WZC. The clients start later and do not prevent you from booting up. If you disable the WPC54GX and enable it after you logon, the system will startup sucessfully.

Do not disable the Odyssey Network Services in the advanced setting or you will not be able to enable it.

Linksys has released a new driver for the WPC54GX, which now supports WPA-PSK and has a new interface. You no longer need the Funk Odyssey Network service. The WLAN monitor manages the wireless connection so there is no problem with the Windows Zero Configuration Service starting.
