wrt-wap and long distance path delay

    main problem of long distance links ins't the signal level (good antennas help) but the path delay.
    This problem is (almost) solved in hiperla2 and wiMax.
    Did anyone study a firmware improvement to solve this problem (larger packets and less R/T controls) in WRT54G and wap54G?
