How do I change the NAT settings on this crazy thing? I've got an Xbox 360 and apparently it likes open NAT settings. I'm set at moderate.

Also, please keep in mind that I have no clue what I'm doing with this stupid router.

    Thanks in advance.

    Upnp could work...

Upnp allows your devices to talk directly to the router and open ports as needed.

    What's Upnp?

upnp = Universal Plug and Play
It's a network protocol that allows network appliances to talk to each other, especially useful for routers. This allows appliances (like computer programs or devices like game console) to ask the router to open a given port for them and forward it automatically to their address, even dynamic. It is a tentative answer to all those "NAT detected" problems.
