WRT160N power issue

I recently bought a WRT160Nv3 and immediately upgraded the firmware to the latest 3.0.03 release.
I noticed a serious flaw: if there is a brownout, on resumption of electricity the router will not start! It sits there dead.
I need to unplug the power from the back of the router then plug it back to start the router.
    Unattended use is therefore impossible.
Is this normal with linksys products?

    Issue Solved

    Ok,
This issue has been resolved by replacing the power brick.
It seems the original power adapter was designed to ensure the WRT will only boot manually after the DSL modem is up.
I guess that was to remedy a design flaw in the firmware.
I am now using a 2.0 Amp 12 volt power brick, and the router boots normally if power is restored.
    Unattended use is now possible!
